Controlling Yoshi is much like controlling Mario. Once you hatch Yoshi, you can ride him by jumping onto him. Some Yoshi Eggs want a random fruit, while other Yoshi Eggs only want a specific fruit each time. If you cannot find the fruit he wants, try leaving the area and re-entering. Sometimes tracking down the desired fruit can be a challenge.
To do so, simply go to his egg, see what fruit he wants, and bring it back to him. There is only a handful of Episodes in which Yoshi appears, but whenever you see his egg, it most likely means you will need to hatch him to either solve a puzzle or get a few Blue Coins.īefore you can ride Yoshi, you need to hatch him.
